Inspired by Area34′s skopes and kitbashed skins, AfghanAnt has finished his Grant Morrison & Frank Quitely inspired New X-Men Freedom Force skins. Special thanks the extremely talented skoper/modeller, Johnny Patches for the Professor X wheelchair skope.

I downloaded all the Teen Titans skins and meshes, put Beast Boy under the custom_characters folder, and in-game he only showed up as a white cube. All the Afghan Ant characters do, for some reason. Is there more to getting them to work in Freedom Force that I haven’t tried? Note: I have noticed that these all use .dds textures, and most working characters I downloaded used .tga textures. Converting the textures did not fix the problem, however.

I do not get how you even setup the skins and meshes altogether. I mean…should there not be a tutorial or something? I know “Speed Brainerz” get it quick, but for us “n00bic Slowpokez” it would be a great help. Just a suggestion. lol

Hi Afghanant! I couldn’t find your email address anywhere on the hero force site, so I thought I would try here. I just wanted to let you know that your Cammy model seems to be missing keyframes or something. It’s one of the best models I’ve ever seen, but sadly she seems to have no animations. Have a good day!
